Rittershoffen (Bas-Rhin, France) Dense nodal seismic array temporary experiment (RESIf-SISMOB)
Seismology micro-seismicity Ambient seismic noise deep geothermal reservoir
Abstract : This experiment consists in the deployment of 65 nodes (Fairfield, 3C, 5Hz) for one month in the vicinity of the Rittershoffen (France) deep geothermal project located in the upper rhine graben. Based on 2 seismic arrays of 25 nodes each, it is intended to better analyse the microseismic events induced by the exploitation (circulation phase) of a deep geothermal reservoir located at ~3km depth.
