Dalima is a service from Epos-France, and it is subject to a fair-use policy.

Users understand and agree that any changes made to public information may affect the visibility and perception of the datasets managed by our service.
We are not liable for any consequences resulting from the user's contributions, including but not limited to misinformation, data breaches, or reputational damage.

The detail about the personal information and its usage can be consulted in our Privacy policy and GDPR .User accounts
As a user of this website, you will be authentified using an external service (Renater : Education-Research Federation). Some personal information will be registered from this service and will be used for authorization within Dalima. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
If you think there are any possible issues regarding the security of your account on the website, inform us immediately so we may address it accordingly.
We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders in their sole discretion.
Other personal information management
When accessing Dalima, the client's IP address is collected and stored in a database for operational purposes. It allows the service operators to:
- be able to analyze the overall activity
- build anonymized statistics about data usage, by counting distinct IP addresses.
The IP addresses are kept 6 months. After that period, the information is deleted automatically.
